Happy Monday everyone! Time to get back to work.

February Air

Even though it is still January, I can already feel February taking over my senses.

I love prepping for Valentine's Day. The styles are romantic, chic, warm and beautiful. There are so many looks I cannot wait to share with you all. First though, let's talk about this Day-to-Night ensemble I have created.

A simple outfit can be turned into something a bit more stylish if you pair it with the right shoes. For the day look, I chose the new mark Gold Accent Flats. They are a beautiful peachy salmon. Gold accents are big this season, and it is most likely that they will be making their way through to the Spring 2014 look-book. I love the design at the tip and the gold studs by the heel. It gives this look the right amount of chic to balance it all out.

The night look is super flirty and feminine. It isn't often we get to wear black lace and sheer paneling. I kept with the trend and added a lacy purse and gold accessories. Perfect for a romantic night out.

Let's kick the week off on a fierce note. I'm stocking up on Spring essentials because I've come to resolve that it will be here in no time. Of course though, these fierce printed pants can be pared with a cozy sweater and boots until then.

 I was not so much a believer in the Leopard print, but after browsing around through Pinterest, my mind was quickly changed. This bold print can be pretty versatile and always daring. Here's a more laid back look.

Most outfits that feature Leopard print are paired with black or white tops. It does give this print a more 'everyday' vibe, but I did add some contrasting color to make it a bit more special. Try deep emerald two-toned shoes to give a pop of color, and youth to the look with an edgy jacket, like studded denim.  Pull it all together with a bold and trendy ribbon necklace.
